Valencia Estates, the Subdivision with a Blissful View

Going Beyond the City

Cagayan de Oro has grown to be one of the most well-known cities in Mindanao, being dubbed as the most urbanized city of Misamis Oriental. Additionally, since it is the most urbanized metropolis in the region, it is also the capital city of the said province.

The city is popular for a number of reasons, from white water rafting to fun citywide activities during fiesta. It is a great place for settling down and becoming a member of the Cagayan de Oro community as a resident.

That is among one of the many reasons why we started real estate operations in Cagayan de Oro. We also had the hopes of contributing to the city’s popularity by putting up high standard, luxury housing subdivisions.

Since we settled in during the year 1994, things have been so far, so good, and we started considering other nearby places. We started building similar quality housing subdivisions in other places in Misamis Oriental, such as Initao and Butuan.

Then we even went beyond the province of Misamis Oriental and started putting up projects in another well-known province. This said province is actually a neighbor to Cagayan de Oro city and Misamis Oriental, and is popularly known as Bukidnon.

Luxury Estate in Bukidnon

Bukidnon is known as Mindanao’s mountain province, as indicated by its name which has the term bukid in Hiligaynon which means mountain or hill. This is also a province that is rich in agriculture, as it has several large and fertile farm areas where a wide array of crops are grown and distributed worldwide.

At the moment we have developed residential subdivisions in two cities of Bukidnon, namely Manolo Fortich and Valencia City. For now, we will be focusing on our project in Valencia City, called Valencia Estates.

Quite similar to the Xavier Estates we have in Cagayan de Oro, Valencia Estates is Valencia City’s very own top class residential subdivision developed by our company. Located in Barangay Lumbo and nestled atop the city’s gentle hills, Valencia Estates has a great aura for rest and relaxation.

Living in the subdivision will be great for those feeling too overloaded with city life and want to live somewhere away from the regular city nuisances. Apart from a peaceful and quiet environment with fresh Bukidnon air, Valencia Estates also offers the following amenities for the relaxation of its residents:

  • Clubhouse. Hang out with other members of the community or invite your guests to a trip to Valencia Estates’ clubhouse. This is where you and your friends can enjoy a wide range of fun activities, partake in some good food, or even just chill by the side of the pool. The clubhouse is a great place for meeting new people, and simply spending time and relaxing with family and friends.
  • Parks and playground. This is for those who want to really feel the fresh air and clean environment in a more “outdoor” meeting place. Valencia Estates also has a good number of parks and a playground to spend time in. The parks are a great place to have a nice and simple picnic while the children can play and have fun in the playground. It is also a great place to take a nice and safe jog.
  • Basketball Court. If you really want to get physical by shooting some hoops with friends, relatives, or other residents, Valencia Estates also has its own basketball court! Known to be a favorite Filipino pastime, playing basketball is a good venue for building rapport and for generally having a great time with other people, particularly basketball fanatics. If you want, you can even hold your own mini-competitions to make the games more interesting!
