Experiencing a Comfortable Life in the Mountains

City and Mountain Homes

There can be several reasons why people choose or prefer to live in a city, the same goes for those who prefer the more rural-like living in the mountains. Some like the city for its liveliness and accessibility to many major establishments, while others prefer the mountains for its peacefulness and relaxing atmosphere.

Whatever you choose will all depend on your taste in homes and location as well as your needs, of course. What is important is that you and your family feel comfortable and safe in your own home.

For that reason and a few others, we decided to build those sorts of safe, comfortable, quality homes for you and others with similar interests. We have built and developed a good number of high standard houses and lots for sale in Cagayan de Oro City and further up in the mountains of Bukidnon.

Some of you might be more familiar with the projects we did in Cagayan de Oro, the most popular one being Xavier Estates located in Upper Balulang. If you know about Xavier Estates or any of our other housing development projects, then you might already have an image of what our mountainside subdivisions are like.

Living comfortably up in the Mountains

At the moment we have built and developed two residential subdivisions up in the mountains of Bukidnon. One of them is Valencia Estates in Barangay Lumbo, Valencia City, and the other is Mountain Pines Farm in Barangay Kalugmanan, Manolo Fortich.

For now let us zoom in on one of these two Bukidnon residential subdivisions, Mountain Pines Farm, dubbed to be a great location for building a summer home. Mountain Pines Farm is situated on one side of Mt. Kitangland, and the lots developed for sale are about 1,000 square meters and up.

Want to know a little more about this residential subdivision? Here are more features of Mountain Pines Farm you may be interested in:

  • There is a reason why the lots are quite large, if you are not sure why, try reading out the name of the subdivision again. In case you might need a clearer understanding, let us point it out for you, the name is Mountain Pines Farm. The main reason why the lots are big is to allow residents to grow their own small farms in their homes! The space is more than enough for residents to raise small livestock such as sheep or grow a garden. The cool weather is even quite ideal for growing strawberries and apples!
  • Living in a farm offers a great number of learning experiences for not just you, but your children as well. In fact, people say that children get to learn and experience more when being raised on a farm or somewhere rural rather than in a city. Mountain Pines Farm can offer that sort of great learning experience for your children. They can learn how to care for animals and plants, so with the various species of plants and wildlife they can find on a farm, etc. These are just some things they could not find in a city!
  • Mountain Pines Farm has such a peaceful and green atmosphere that it is not only relaxing, but also gives that encouraging feeling of being respectful towards nature. After all, since living in a farm teaches you to take care of the animals and plants you raise, it is only reasonable that you would do the same with other natural resources. Living in a city does not instill a similar feeling, as you would often need to be surrounded by nature in order to truly appreciate it.
